The meal plans vary depending on your individual goals – I offer plans for weight loss, muscle building, and general wellbeing. The meal plans include a variety of nutritious foods.

 I also provide additional resources to help you on your journey. 

You can access meal prep tips and recipes, as well as helpful nutrition advice.

Community and fitness can work together to promote healthy lifestyles and create a sense of camaraderie among members of the community. Community fitness initiatives, such as organized sports leagues, walking clubs, and health and wellness classes can bring people together to share in the common goal of improving their health and well-being. Additionally, community fitness initiatives can help to raise awareness of healthy living and increase access to physical activity for those who otherwise may not have the means or access to do so. By creating a supportive and encouraging environment for members of the community, fitness initiatives can help to improve physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. With this being said, why not join and be part of  my team in events like the City2Surf, The Bloody Long Walk or The 7 Bridges Walk to name a few activities! More will be added when advertised.
