THE TRAINER

Meet me! I'm Neil, a Personal Trainer and a nationally recognised Nutritionist. I am passionate about promoting health in individuals over 50, especially those with chronic conditions. I emphasise the importance of preventing and managing diseases through exercise and nutrition. 


Holding a Personal Trainer qualification and an NDIS Worker Check Clearance, I tailor programs following recommended guidelines. My approach involves an initial screening to assess health and discuss goals, incorporating strength, cardiovascular, and flexibility exercises. I ensure modifications for individual needs and prioritise safety, and diligence, by being attentive during your training sessions. 


I also respect that sometimes life gets in the way of even the best intentions. And you know what, It's okay to prioritise rest and recovery during certain periods of your life over fitness goals.
